I can definitely understand the value of sticking with one note-taking app. I use Craft Docs similar to how you use Evernote.

It's so easy to get lost in trying out new apps. As I've gotten more responsibilities, I realize that I can't spend much time playing around with other tools. Admittedly, I still try out other note-taking apps from time to time, but I've been using Craft Docs as my main note-taking app for a few years now. I don't like everything about Craft, but it works for me.
