Journaling is one of my favorite ways to forge feelings of calm in my life. I journal most of the day with interstitial journaling (even during work!), and I’ve found it helpful to keep myself grounded. Journaling gratitude lists, achievements to celebrate, and sometimes frustrations have all been helpful. Thanks for sharing your experience!
