This is nicely written! I like that you differentiate between time in bed and time spent sleeping. One thing that comes to mind is that people should go to bed when they feel sleepy and give themselves the chance to wind down and relax before bed. That way, people are prepared to sleep when they go to bed and typically fall asleep more quickly.

Thanks for bringing attention to this, as sleep is so important for our overall health.
