This is one of my favorite journaling methods!

Self-Care reflective journaling uses a notepad/note app such as Notion (more on that later). Once ready, you write how you are feeling throughout the day, little and often. This practices writing your feelings about situations that occur. It also acts as a “check-in” with your mind and body. This results in a good reflection on how you felt as the day and night passed, good or bad.

This is one of my favorite journaling methods! It’s similar to interstitial journaling if time stamps are added. I do a lot of my journaling in Craft Docs.
